Marketing-Advertising-Propaganda

To me the term “Marketing” to me means the way in which a company designs, creates, produces advertises and sells its products.
The Marketing division of any company can make or break a company.
The company may produce a wonderful product, but if the product is not skillfully sold in the marketplace no one will ever know. The Marketing Department needs to create a marketing strategy that will sell the product and they do this by advertising.

To me the term “Advertising” means the way a product or service is sold in the marketplace. It means that a company, using a marketing strategy, advertises in print, radio, TV, Cable and the internet. Advertising is to me one of the best tools to sell products.  Different advertising techniques will be used each ad geared to appeal to specific age groups.

Propaganda is a tool used to get a specific idea or agenda across. Consumers tend to want to buy and use the best product on the market. It is the marketing department’s job to let you know that their products are the best product that’s propaganda.

The Marketing Department is responsibile for marketing the product.  Does the Marketing Department hold the fate of the product in it's hands?
